Graphic Designer + Production

Lucent Graphic Solutions is seeking experienced graphic designer and production individual who is detailed oriented and creative. Must be experienced with references, degree and certifications are a plus but not required. Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and have experience designing vehicle wraps, wall and window graphics. Must have valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

We are flexible with hours for this position; please let us know if you have special requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work directly with clients to create a design from scratch.
  • Pre-flight client provided graphics to ensure accuracy and flag issues.
  • Perform production.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Independent thinker and problem solver.
  • Interact with clients, answer phones, explains our product and services.
  • Perform all additional tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Graphic Design degree preferred or work experience in the field.
  • Must be experienced in production of graphics, which includes using large format printer, laminator and cutter (will train).
  • Self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Able to handle projects from start to finish with minimal direction.
  • Must be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop (Mac).
  • Work well under pressure and deadlines.

Compensation: Hourly – based on experience $17-$20/hour

Sales Position

Lucent Graphic Solutions is an industry leader in design, print and installation of graphics in Southern California with our office located in Costa Mesa, California. Our specialty is in offering our clients a wide range of products for their marketing and advertising needs such as vehicle wraps, wall wraps, window graphics, floor wraps, tradeshow displays and more. Our goal is to create unique and effective designs that help our customers stand out from the competition.

Over the last 12 years we have gained a reputation for offering high-quality products accompanied with an excellent customer service that is fast, reliable and ethical. We continuously work to improve and streamline our workflow.

LGS is looking for a self-driven individual as a Sales Representative. The preferred candidate will be someone who is outgoing, aggressive and professional. Must be goal oriented and work with our production team to expand and grow our regional business accounts.

Your daily responsibilities will include cold calling, visiting clients, educating prospective clients on all the products and services that we offer. Must learn our product line in order to determine and suggest additional products and services to potential clients.

Must have a minimum of 2 years in sales experience preferably in the same industry. Must have reliable transportation and be available Monday through Friday as well as some evenings and weekend for special events and networking meetings.

Compensation: Base plus commission

Installer Position

Lucent Graphic Solutions is seeking experienced wrap installer who is detailed oriented to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be experienced with references, certifications are a plus but not required. Must be knowledgeable in applying vinyl to vehicles small and large, box trucks, vans, walls and windows. Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation with the ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Must be detailed oriented and pay attention to the quality of the install.
  • Willing to work on weekends when needed.
  • Able to apply wrap to vehicles, vans, trucks, box trucks, walls, windows & floors.
  • Team player. Must be willing to assist with production of graphics when needed and perform all duties to help the team.
  • Willing to learn new installation techniques and continue education.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Independent thinker and problem solver.
  • Perform all additional tasks as required by management.

Compensation: Hourly – based on experience
